I was recently prescribed Lisinopril 20mg Tablets to manage my high blood pressure. The list of potential side effects is quite extensive and a bit scary, especially the urgent side effects that require immediate medical attention. I've read about allergic reactions, kidney problems, high potassium levels, and even liver issues. Has anyone else experienced any of these? I'm particularly concerned about the signs of kidney problems. My doctor didn't seem too worried, but I can't help but feel anxious. Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I had a weird cough right when I started taking it. Tried to stick it out, but it was unbearable. My doctor switched me to another medication. It’s all good now. My advice is to trust your gut. If something feels wrong, it probably is.

I had a persistent cough for the first few months, but my doctor assured me it's a common side effect. It eventually went away on its own. Stick with it and monitor your symptoms closely. You got this!

I know it's scary, but try not to focus too much on the rare side effects. Most people tolerate Lisinopril well. Keep an eye out for any major issues, but don't let fear control your life. You'll be fine.

I had a severe allergic reaction to Lisinopril. It was terrifying. I ended up in the ER with hives and difficulty breathing. My doctor switched me to a different medication right away. If you feel anything out of the ordinary, don't hesitate to get medical help immediately.
