Has anyone experienced severe side effects from Loratadine-D 24 Hr Tablets?
I've been taking Loratadine-D 24 Hr Tablets for my allergies, and while they've been great for symptoms like sneezing and nasal congestion, I've started feeling really jittery and having trouble sleeping. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced similar side effects or if this is unusual. Also, what should I do if I experience more severe side effects like chest tightness or hives? How common are these? I want to make sure I'm not overreacting but also want to be safe. Thanks in advance for any insights!

I switched to a different brand and it seems to work just as well without the side effects. Might be worth a try.
Be careful! I had a friend who ended up in the ER with chest tightness from this stuff. Better safe than sorry, go see a doctor.
I've taken these before and had a similar experience with the sleeplessness. I'd recommend talking to your doctor about adjusting the dosage or switching to a different medication...
Allergies sucks, man. Hope you feel better soon!
I've been on these for a while and haven't had any issues. Maybe it's just you. But definitely consult your doctor.
I had trouble sleeping so I started taking it in the morning instead of at night. Works like a charm.
I'd stick with it, it could just be a bad batch. Keep an eye out for any more serious side effects, but jitteriness and sleeplessness are pretty common.
Maybe it's just the pseudoephedrine messing with you. I had a similar experience with a decongestant.
I've had hives before and it was scary. If you experience those call your doctor immediately.
It's probably best to talk to your doctor about this stuff before it gets worse. Better to be safe with these things.
