I'm almost ready to work on my teeth because my dentist recommended it. Hoping I don't end up in the hospital like OP but I guess it's worth a shot since my teeth are a mess.
I'd never heard of SF 1.1% Mint Gel before this thread. Been using Colgate's 1% fluoride gel for years without issue. Might give this a try if you have a coupon and stomach issues are common for you.
Fluoride is great for teeth but you do need to be careful with the dosage. I recommend using it sparingly and follow the instructions on the package. Also, make sure to keep it out of reach of children—it can be toxic if swallowed in large amounts.
