I recently started taking Tizanidine 2mg Capsules to manage muscle spasms due to my multiple sclerosis. While I've found some relief from the stiffness, I've also experienced some worrying side effects like dizziness and extreme fatigue. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I'm particularly concerned about the serious side effects listed in the medication guide. Has anyone had to deal with any of these? What was your experience like, and how did you manage them?

I had a friend who had to stop taking it because of severe dizziness and confusion. It was really scary for them, so definitely keep an eye out for those symptoms.

I've heard that some people take it with food to help with the dizziness.

I've been on Tizanidine for a few months now and haven't had any serious side effects, but I do get pretty drowsy sometimes.

I had to switch to a different medication because the dizziness was so bad I couldn't function. It was scary, and I had to go to the ER once. Be careful and talk to your doctor if you start experiencing severe dizziness

Serious side effects are rare, but they can happen. If you experience anything unusual, it's best to err on the side of caution and contact your healthcare provider. You should always be safe.

I used to take Tizanidine and I had a dry mouth for weeks. I learned to keep a water bottle with me at all times. I do not know anyone that had serious side effects though.

I had hallucinations once. It was terrifying. I immediately stopped taking them and called my doctor. They switched me to a different muscle relaxant and now I am doing much better.

I've been taking Tizanidine for a while and I've had a couple of mild side effects like weakness and fatigue, but nothing too serious. I just make sure to rest more often. I would not take it if you are driving a lot.

Be cautious, but also remember that serious side effects are rare. Just keep an eye out and don't hesitate to call your doctor if something feels off. Trust your instincts if you feel something is wrong!

I was really nervous about trying Tizanidine but decided to go for it because the muscle spasms were unbearable. I did experience some drowsiness, but nothing too bad. I'm glad I have some relief finally!
