Has anyone experienced severe side effects with V-C Forte Capsules?
I recently started taking V-C Forte Capsules as recommended by my doctor to fill in some nutritional gaps in my diet. I've been feeling better overall, but I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects listed. I love these. I find I have more energy since I started them and haven't had any side effects, but I always take them with breakfast.
Seriously, if you get any signs of an allergic reaction, go to the hospital. It's not worth risking it.
Is it worth it to take these if you have a generally good diet? I feel like I'm covering all my bases with food alone.
I had really bad constipation when I started taking them, but it went away after a week. Maybe it was just my body adjusting.
Call your doctor if you notice changes in your stool color. I had green stools a few times but it could be my body reacting to the iron in the pills.
Don't forget, everyone's body reacts differently to supplements. What works for one person might not for another.
