I've been prescribed Cancidas 70mg Inj (Caspofungin) for a serious fungal infection. I'm a bit anxious about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone here had experience with this medication? I'd love to hear about your experiences, any tips you might have, or even just some reassurance. I think the rare but severe side effects really have me on edge. How did you manage, and was it worth it in the end? Also, any advice or tips on dealing with potential side effects would be really appreciated. I've always been pretty sensitive to medications, so I'm not sure what to expect. Thanks in advance!

I wish I had known about the potential for liver problems. It's scary stuff. Get your liver enzymes checked regularly if you're on this med.

Make sure to watch out for signs of an allergic reaction. It's rare, but it can happen. Better to be safe than sorry, right?

I didn't have any of the major side effects, but the diarrhea was awful. Make sure you stay hydrated and talk to your doctor about managing it.

I didn't have any major issues, but the injection site was sore for a while. It's not fun, but it's doable. Don't worry too much, you'll be fine.

I got super dizzy and passed out once. Scariest moment of my life. Be careful and don't drive or operate heavy machinery while on this stuff.

I was on Cancidas for a few weeks, and while it was tough, it definitely helped clear up my infection. The worst part was the headaches, but my doctor gave me something for that. Stick it out, and make sure to talk to your doctor about any issues.

I had a really bad reaction to it. I got hives and had trouble breathing. Thank god I was in the hospital when it happened. Everyone's different, so just be careful.

I had to switch to a different antifungal because of the side effects. Don't feel bad if you can't tolerate it. There are other options out there.

I've been on it for a while now, and it's been manageable. Just keep the lines of communication open with your doctor. They can help you adjust and manage any side effects.

I felt so tired all the time. Everyone's different, but that was my biggest complaint. Just be prepared for that and take it easy if you can.
