I've been recently diagnosed with anemia due to a folic acid deficiency, and my doctor prescribed Folic Acid 5mg/ml Inj, 10ml. I've read about the potential side effects, but I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience with this injection. What was your experience like? How long did it take to see improvements? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Doc prescribed this to me and it worked great, I had no side effects.

I'm curious about the side effects too, can you guys speak on that?

I had to give myself the injections, and it was really nerve-wracking at first. But after a few times, it became routine. Just take it slow and steady, and you'll be fine. It's definitely worth it if it helps with your anemia.

I had a weird rash after the first injection, but my doctor said it was probably just an allergic reaction and switched me to a different form of folic acid. Definitely talk to your doctor if you experience any weird symptoms!

I had to use this injection for a while, and it was a real pain (pun intended). But it did help with my anemia. Just be prepared for the discomfort if you're not used to injections. I found that applying a warm compress afterwards helped a lot.

I know someone who had a severe allergic reaction to this stuff. It was scary, but thankfully they were in a hospital at the time. Just be aware of the signs and symptoms, and don't hesitate to seek medical attention if something feels off.
