I switched to a different vitamin K supplement because Mephyton gave me a headache every time. Might be worth looking into alternatives if you have issues.
I had a bad reaction to Mephyton. I got this weird rash all over my body, and it was really itchy. I had to stop taking it and went to the ER. Be careful and keep an eye out for any skin reactions.
I was on Mephyton for a while after being on warfarin. It worked great for me, and I didn't experience any major side effects. Just a bit of stomach upset at first, but it went away quickly.
I heard it can interact with some herbal supplements too. Just another thing to keep in mind.
