I've recently been prescribed Loprox 0.77% Cream for a stubborn case of athlete's foot. It's been a few days, but I haven't seen any significant improvement. I'm wondering if anyone else has used this cream and how effective it was for them. Also, did anyone experience any of the side effects mentioned, like itching or redness at the application site? I'm a bit worried about those urgent side effects listed, like allergic reactions and skin irritation. Has anyone had any issues with these serious side effects or know how common they are? Any tips on how to use the cream effectively would be greatly appreciated!

I'm curious, how long have you been using it? Sometimes it takes a bit longer to see results. Just be patient and consistent with the application.

I used Loprox for jock itch and it worked wonders. Took about a week to see improvement, but it completely cleared up after two. No side effects for me, but I was careful to use it exactly as prescribed.

I had a bad reaction to it. Got really itchy and my skin turned red. Had to stop using it and switch to something else. Be careful and monitor your skin closely.

Make sure to wash your hands before and after applying the cream. You don't want to spread the fungus to other parts of your body.

Just be cautious if you have any other skin conditions. Loprox can sometimes exacerbate them. If you have sensitive skin, it might be worth talking to a dermatologist first.

It's worth noting that everyone's skin is different. What works for one person might not work for another. If you're worried, talk to your doctor about it. They can adjust your treatment if needed.

I had a mild burning sensation when I first started using it, but it went away after a few days. As long as it's not severe, it might be okay. But if it gets worse, stop using it and call your doctor.
