I've been taking Norel Ad Tablets for my cold symptoms, and I've been feeling really drowsy and dizzy. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced similar side effects and how they managed them. I've tried to stay hydrated and rest, but it's still tough to get through the day.

Has anyone talked to their doctor about these side effects? How did they help? I know the leaflet mentions dizziness and trouble sleeping but a more specific experience might help me judge how to proceed.

I've been taking Norel Ad for a few days now. I've not had any issue with dizziness. I felt a bit jittery at first, but it went away after a couple of days. Stay hydrated and give it a bit more time, see if it goes away. If not, see a doctor.

You might want to talk to your doctor about lowering the dosage or asking if you can take it less frequently. Sometimes a lower dose can help you avoid side effects

Be careful with the acetaminophen in it - make sure you're not taking more than the recommended dose in a 24-hour period, especially if you're taking other medications that contain acetaminophen.

The decongestant in these tablets can also raise your blood pressure, so be careful if you have any heart conditions or are at risk for high blood pressure. Keep an eye out for any signs of high blood pressure, like severe headaches or dizziness.

Do you take the tablets with food? I found that taking them with a meal helps to reduce some of the side effects, like an upset stomach. you could try this and see if it helps.

I took these for my allergies last year and had the same issue with dizziness. I switched to a different antihistamine and it seemed to work much better for me.
