I've been using Sudogest Cold & Allergy Tablets for the past few days to combat my nasty cold symptoms. The combination of chlorpheniramine and pseudoephedrine has been great for my sneezing and stuffy nose. However, I've noticed some dizziness and trouble sleeping at night. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced similar side effects or even worse, the severe allergic reactions mentioned in the drug leaflet. I want to know if it's worth sticking with this medication or if I should switch to something else. Also, how does this compare to other allergy medications you have tried in the past? I'd appreciate any insights or advice!

I had a bad reaction to Sudogest, but I've also had issues with other antihistamines. I usually stick with nasal sprays and eye drops for my allergies. They work better for me

I had a really bad reaction to Sudogest. Came up on my face and I had to go to the ER. Don't mess around with severe allergic reactions.

I've been using Sudogest for years and never had any issues. Maybe it's not the right med for you, though. Have you tried Zyrtec or Allegra?

I tried Sudogest once and had the same dizziness. It was so bad I had to stop using it. I'd recommend talking to your doctor about switching to something else.

If you're experiencing dizziness and trouble sleeping, it might be worth switching to a non-drowsy allergy medication. I had the same issue and switching to Claritin solved it for me.

Dizziness and trouble sleeping are common side effects. It might just be your body adjusting. Try taking it earlier in the day or with food. But if it gets worse, definitely see a doctor.

I've used Sudogest a few times and it's never caused me any trouble. Drowsiness and a bit of dizziness, but nothing I can't handle. Maybe your body just doesn't react well to it?
