I've been prescribed Allzital 25-325mg Tablets for tension headaches, which contain a combination of butalbital and acetaminophen. I'm curious to hear from others who have taken this medication. How effective was it for relieving your headaches? Did you experience any side effects, and if so, were they severe? I'm particularly interested in any tips to prevent sleepiness or other side effects. Did you find that it helped you relax and relieve pain as intended? Also, how long did it take for the medication to start working? Were you able to continue using it long-term or did have to stop?

The Combination of butalbital and acetaminophen is effective but needs a careful approach. If you're doing heavy manual labor or driving, you might want to avoid it. Sometimes it felt like it hit too hard and I had to take a break for a while.

Allzital 25-325mg was a lifesaver for me. The butalbital part really helps me relax, and the acetaminophen takes care of the pain. I've been on it for a few months now and haven't had any major issues. Just a bit of dizziness sometimes, but it's manageable.

I had a really bad reaction to it. Got severe stomach pain and my doctor ended up switching me to something else. Definitely not a fun experience.

I think the risk of side effects is pretty high. I'd be careful with this one. Better to try natural remedies first.

Allzital worked wonders for my tension headaches, but I did experience some dizziness initially. It started to work within an hour, and the relaxation was almost immediate. However, I had to be careful not to take too much or I’d find myself really out of it.

My doctor warned me about the side effects, especially the liver problems. I had to get regular check-ups to make sure everything was okay. But it did help with the headaches, so it was worth it for a while.
