I had a friend who had to go to the hospital because of severe dizziness and fainting spells while on Dyrenium. Scary stuff, be careful
Dyrenium worked for me. I had some mild side effects like headaches, but nothing too bad. It definitely helped with the swelling in my legs.
Be careful with potassium supplements while on Dyrenium. Since it helps your body keep potassium, you might end up with too much, which can be dangerous.
I had a really bad reaction to Dyrenium. I started getting severe stomach pain and had to stop taking it immediately. Turns out, I had signs of too much acid in the blood too, which is scary stuff
