I've been prescribed Meprobamate 400mg Tablets for short-term anxiety treatment and I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. Has anyone taken these before? What was your experience like? I know it can help with sleep too, but I want to be prepared for any potential issues. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

I've been on Meprobamate for a few weeks now. It's helped with my anxiety, but I've had some dizziness and fatigue. I've been keeping track of my side effects as recommended and I think it's working out.

I had a bad reaction to Meprobamate. I got a fever and my throat was so sore I couldn't swallow. I had to stop taking it and go to the ER. It was scary but I'm glad I got help right away.

I tried it and had to stop because of the side effects. I had these weird tingling sensations and a really bad rash. The doctor said it might be due to an allergic reaction and switched me to something else. I'd recommend going slow with this one, just in case. It's better to be safe than sorry.

I took Meprobamate a few years back when I was going through a really stressful period. It definitely helped with my anxiety and I slept better too. But be careful, it made me incredibly drowsy during the day. Make sure you're not driving or doing anything that requires alertness when you first start taking it. Also, keep an eye out for any signs of allergic reaction; it's rare but serious.
