I had to stop taking it because of weight gain in my face and upper back. The doc said it was Cushing's syndrome. It looks like it is a common side effect. Be sure to look out for other signs of it if you start it.
I've had a weird rash since starting this. It's not awful, but it's annoying. Anyone else have skin issues with Millipred?
I've been on prednisolone for a while now and it's been great for my skin condition. No more flare-ups! Just make sure you don't stop it suddenly. You gotta wean off or your body will freak out.
I had to stop taking this because it messed with my blood sugar levels. My doctor said it's because it can increase your blood sugar but you didn't mention that in the original post. I ended up with fruity breath, a sure sign of ketoacidosis and it was just way too much for me. Just be careful.
