I've recently been diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia, and my doctor prescribed Multigen Folic Tablets. I've read that they contain iron, folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin C, and succinic acid, which should help with red blood cell production and energy levels. Has anyone else taken these tablets? I'd love to hear about your experiences—both good and bad. What side effects did you encounter, if any? Were there any improvements in your energy levels or overall health? Are there any specific tips or tricks you'd recommend for taking these tablets effectively? I'm particularly concerned about the potential side effects like stomach cramps and changes in stool color. I've been taking them for a week, but I want to know what to expect in the long term as well.

Iron supplements can be a lifesaver for anemia, but they're not for everyone. Some people can't tolerate the iron and end up with more problems than solutions. Make sure to consult with your doctor if you experience any odd side effects.

I've had a great experience so far—no major side effects, and I feel more energetic. Just remember to listen to your body and consult your doctor if something feels off.

Be careful with the iron—it can cause some nasty side effects if you take it with certain foods. I ended up having to stop because my stools turned black, and it was super scary. I didn't know that was a side effect!

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I feel like these tablets make me more... gassy. Anyone else experience this? I've thought about asking my doctor for an alternative, but I’m hoping this issue goes away.

I had some pretty bad constipation when I started taking these. I switched to taking them in the evening, and that helped a bit. Also, try increasing your water intake

I've been taking Multigen Folic Tablets for a few months now, and they've been a game-changer. My energy levels are up, and I don't feel as fatigued anymore. Just make sure to take them with food to avoid stomach upset.

I've been on these tablets for a while now, and I haven't had any issues. Make sure to take them with food and plenty of water. I also take a probiotic to help with any digestive issues

I think the Succinic acid is what's making me feel better. I've heard it helps with energy production. Make sure to follow the dosage instructions carefully—too much can cause more harm than good.

Wow, people are really having a range of experiences with these. I've got to ask, how do you know if the side effects are just from your anemia or from the supplements. I started experiencing stomach cramps, but I'm not sure if it's the pills or just my condition.

I didn't experience any major side effects, but I did notice that my stool color changed to green. Is that normal? I was freaking out until my doctor told me it was just the iron.
