I've been prescribed Rizatriptan 10mg tablets for my migraines, but the list of possible side effects is quite alarming. I've never had a prescription for migraines before, and I don't want to risk any serious issues. Has anyone used Rizatriptan? How well does it work and were the side effects worse than the migraines? Do the side effects ever stop happening if you stay on the medication? Is this a drug only to be taken if migraines are life-threatening, because they can cause life-threatening side effects? Or is it more of a first-line treatment? Is this something you'd recommend or would you suggest staying away from?

I was prescribed Rizatriptan and it worked wonders for my migraines. Some people seem to have worse side effects than others, so everyone's experience is different. I'd say give it a try but keep an eye on how your body reacts and stop taking it if you experience any serious side effects. Just be ready to stop taking them if you get any symptoms on the serious side effects list.

I had a bad experience. The medication worked for the migraine, but I felt so dizzy and disoriented afterwards. It was like the migraine into worse brain fog.

I had a severe allergic reaction to it. Went to the ER and never touched it again.

I had some stomach upset and felt really weird after taking it, but the migraine went away so I didn't really care.
