Has anyone tried Azelastine 0.15% Nasal Spray (200 Dose)? What's your experience?
I've been struggling with seasonal allergies for years, and my doctor recently prescribed Azelastine 0.15% Nasal Spray. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this nasal spray. Does it actually help with sneezing, runny nose, and itchy nose? What about side effects? I’ve read about some potential side effects like nosebleeds and drowsiness—have any of you experienced these or other issues? I'd love to know your thoughts and experiences before I start using it regularly. Thanks, everyone!

Azelastine works great for me, but I definitely noticed a change in taste. It's weird but not unbearable. Worth it for the relief from allergies though
I've been using Azelastine for a while now, and I don't have many complaints. It works as advertised. I did experience some drowsiness initially, but it was manageable and went away after a while. It's really helpful for those with severe allergies, I would say. The taste alteration is mild and not a problem for me
This helped me a lot. I was having issues with a runny nose, and it was getting really bad. Sometimes, I'd even get a nosebleed during a bad day. The last thing I wanted to do was get a nasal spray that would cause more pain. I'm happy to report that Azelastine helped without adding to the pain.
I noticed that it doesn't work as well if I don't use it every day. If I miss a dose, my allergies flare up again. It's definitely worth keeping a consistent schedule with this one.
I tried it and my throat felt so dry. I've had other nasal sprays and never had this issue. I also got a cough but it didn't last. I'm thinking about trying a lower dose and see if it helps.
I've been using Azelastine 0.15% for two weeks and I've been loving it so far. I've had no side effects and my allergies are way better. It's a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the relief.
I've never had an issue with nose bleeds, but the burning sensation is real. It's like having pepper spray in your nose, but it does the job. Just be prepared for that
I switched to Azelastine from another antihistamine nasal spray and I must say, the difference was noticeable. The other one was making my nose dry to the point of bleeding, but Azelastine is much gentler which is great. I don't experience as many side effects as I did with the other spray. But, everyone is different, and something to remember is it is best you consult with your doctor especially if you are experiencing any severe reactions.
Azelastine has been a game-changer for me. I used to suffer from terrible allergy symptoms, but since I started using this nasal spray, I've noticed a significant reduction in sneezing and runny nose. The best part is that it starts working within minutes, which is great for those sudden onsets of allergies. However, I did experience a bit of nose irritation at first, but it went away after a few days. Highly recommend it!
