I've been prescribed Clorazepate 15mg Tablets for my anxiety. I've heard it's similar to Valium or Xanax but wanted to know if anyone has tried it for themselves and what they can tell me about their experience. I've taken similar medications before and while they've all been effective, they came with some pretty intense side effects. I'm mostly interested in what the common side effects, withdrawal symptoms, and other things I need to be aware of are. I'd like to know how the medication affected their daily life, how long it took to work, and any tips they might have for managing side effects and getting the most out of this medication. I'm not expecting any major miracles, but I'd like to maximize the chances of it working for me. I definitely don't want to feel like a zombie.

I took this for alcohol withdrawal. It worked like a charm, but the doctor monitored me closely. I can't even imagine trying to manage the side effects on my own.

Be careful with this stuff. I stopped taking it suddenly and had some pretty bad withdrawal symptoms. Talk to your doctor about tapering off if you ever need to stop.

I tried it and had some strange side effects that I didn't expect. I was confused a lot, had a lot of trouble sleeping, and had some pretty severe dizziness. Not recommended.

This medication is a lifesaver for me! It doesn't make me feel as groggy as Xanax did but it does have some pretty annoying side effects.

I switched from Xanax to Clorazepate and noticed it's a lot better for my mood. Less jittery and anxious, but I will have to watch the drowsiness and fatigue side effects. Hopefully, it keeps helping, it's been great so far.

I had a pretty bad allergic reaction when I tried it, didn't work out for me, I was really happy I did it under my doctor's supervision. If I'd done it on my own I'd probably be in the ER right now.

I took Clorazepate for a short period and it helped. It wasn't perfect, but it helped me get through some really rough moments when nothing else did.
