I've been looking into Foltx Tb, a vitamin supplement with L-methylfolate, B6, and B12. It's supposed to be great for nerve function and metabolism, but I'm wondering about potential side effects and real-world experiences. I've seen some mentions of allergic reactions, so I'm a bit cautious. Has anyone else tried this? What were your experiences?

I've tried everything from dietary changes to other supplements, but nothing seems to work as well as this for my nervous system. Just wish the side effects weren't so unpredictable.

I think the key is to give your body time to adjust. I started with a smaller dose and slowly increased it. No major side effects for me.

The one thing I noticed was swelling in my hands and feet. My doc thinks it might be related to the B vitamins. I'm keeping an eye on it

Felt a bit sleepy after taking it, but nothing major. I think it's worth the trade-off for the benefits.

I've been on Foltx Tb for a year now. It's been a game-changer for my energy levels and overall sense of well-being. But I had to stop it because Foltx Tb actually caused me to break out with acne. I had this problem with B vitamins before

I've been on Foltx Tb for a few months now. No major side effects, just a bit of an upset stomach at first. But honestly, I feel more energetic and less anxious. I'd recommend trying it if you're deficient in these vitamins.

Interesting thread. I've been considering this supplement but I am a bit concerned about the possible side effects. Specifically the allergic reactions; have any of you had any issues with this?

I've seen some people react badly to B vitamins in general. This supplement seems to be on the right track but I do think you should look into alternatives if you experience side effects. Some people can't tolerate certain forms of B vitamins, especially B6

I had a burning sensation on my skin after starting this. Turns out I was allergic. Not fun.
