I've been struggling with allergy symptoms lately—sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. My doctor prescribed Histex PD 0.938mg Drops, which contain triprolidine to block histamine. I've read about some potential side effects, like drowsiness and feeling nervous, but I'm curious to know if anyone else has tried them and how effective they were. Does anyone have any personal experience with these drops? Were the side effects manageable, or did you encounter something more serious? Any tips on how to minimize the side effects would be greatly appreciated!

I went through a similar situation. The drops helped me breathe better and stopped the sneezing, but I ended up feeling really tired. I actually had to take a few days off work. It's a trade-off, but worth it if the allergies are too much. I'd recommend trying them before a weekend or a day off so you can see how it affects you.

Be careful with these drops. I had a really bad reaction the first time I took them. My throat felt tight, and I had trouble breathing. Scared the hell out of me. Turns out I was having an allergic reaction to the medication itself. I had no idea that could happen, but it's definitely something to be aware of.

I've heard that combining antihistamines with other medications can sometimes cause weird interactions. Have any of you tried Histex PD Drops with other allergy medications? If so, how did it go?

I used to take Histex PD Drops regularly during allergy season. They were really effective for my symptoms, but I noticed that they made me feel a bit jittery sometimes. It wasn’t too bad, but it was noticeable. If you're sensitive to nervousness, you might want to keep an eye on that.
