I'm currently pregnant and my doctor recommended Neevo DHA 27-1.13 Capsules as a daily supplement. I've been taking these for the last 3 months and I've noticed a big difference in my energy levels. I didn't experience any of the common side effects like constipation or upset stomach. Some women did mention urinary tract infections, but I haven't had any. Have you considered adding a probiotic to help with any potential stomach issues?
I tried these but had to switch to a different brand because of the heartburn. Was terrible. Anyone else experience this?
I've been taking them for 6 months now, and I have to say, I'm a big fan. I've noticed that my morning sickness has improved, and I feel like I have more energy throughout the day. I did experience some constipation at first, but it went away after a few weeks. Definitely worth it for the peace of mind knowing my baby is getting all the nutrients they need.
