I've been on Nexlizet for a few months now, and I've noticed a significant drop in my LDL-C levels. I didn't experience any major side effects, just some mild stomach discomfort initially, but that went away after a while. I think it's a good option if diet and exercise aren't cutting it. Nexlizet is worth a shot. My doctor prescribed it to me after years of struggling with high cholesterol. I've had muscle spasms and some stiffness but nothing unbearable.
