I've been prescribed Nexlizet 180/10mg Tablets to help lower my 'bad' cholesterol (LDL-C). I've always been a bit skeptical of medications, and I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this combination drug. Nexlizet seems to work by blocking an enzyme in your liver that makes cholesterol and reducing the amount of cholesterol absorbed from food. However, I'm concerned about the potential side effects, especially the more severe ones like allergic reactions or gallstones. I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience with this medication. What was your experience with Nexlizet 180/10mg Tablets? Did you notice significant improvements in your cholesterol levels? Did you experience any side effects? How did you manage them? Also, for those who have tried Nexlizet, did you struggle with dietary changes and exercise routines alongside the medication? Were you able to incorporate them into your lifestyle effectively? I'm curious about the holistic approach to managing cholesterol as well.

I've been on Nexlizet for a few months now, and I've noticed a significant drop in my LDL-C levels. I didn't experience any major side effects, just some mild stomach discomfort initially, but that went away after a while. I think it's a good option if diet and exercise aren't cutting it. Although I am always careful as I've had tendinitis problems before.

Nexlizet is worth a shot. My doctor prescribed it to me after years of struggling with high cholesterol. I've had muscle spasms and some stiffness but nothing unbearable. Its so good that my cholesterol has dropped by 30 points. With a balanced diet and regular exercise, I think it will continue to help my health. I'm also careful to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

Has anyone else noticed any changes in their urinary output? I've been on Nexlizet for a month and I feel like I've been going to the bathroom more frequently.

I switched to Nexlizet after my statin caused some liver issues, I've actually seen an improvement in my liver function tests since starting this. I've heard the liver enzyme inhibitors in Nexlizet are gentler on the liver. As always, I'm consulting with my doctor but the change has been positive and the side effects have been minimal.

I've been on Nexlizet for a year now. I've had no issues so far. I've seen my cholesterol drop, and I've been feeling great. I've also noticed that my energy levels have increased, which is a nice bonus!
