I've been struggling with occasional constipation and my doctor recommended trying Senna 8.6mg Tablets. The description says it works by stimulating the intestines and increasing water in the stool, which sounds promising. It's supposed to take 6 to 12 hours to work, so I've been taking it at bedtime. Has anyone else tried this? How long did it take to see results? What were your experiences with the side effects and does it work as advertised? Would be great to hear some real-life experiences.

How long does it take to work exactly?

My doctor warned me about the serious side effects. I've been taking Senna for a few weeks now and haven’t had any issues. Just make sure to monitor yourself closely when you start taking it.

I had to stop taking Senna because it gave me terrible stomach cramps, and it's not worth it. Also, the taste of these pills is just bad!

I've found that if I take Senna and drink a lot of water, it works even better. I guess it helps with the water in the stool thing. Plus, I feel like it helps with the cramps.

I tried Senna and it didn't do anything for me. I think my constipation might be chronic, so I need something stronger. If this did n't work, I'm thinking of going to the doctor for more help.
