I've been using Tazarotene for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my acne. I saw a significant reduction in breakouts after about 6 weeks. The initial irritation was tough, but it settled down after the first month. Make sure to use a good moisturizer and sunscreen!
I used it for my sun-damaged skin and saw some improvement in fine wrinkles and dark spots after a few months. I didn't experience any severe side effects, just some initial dryness. Make sure to apply it at night and use a gentle cleanser in the morning. Also, a good moisturizer is a must.
What's the deal with the allergic reactions? Should I be worried about this? I have sensitive skin and I'm nervous about trying it.

Stick with it, it's supposed to be dry at the start, but it should get better, if you are still having problems after a month maybe give your doctor a call.
It's definitely worth it if it works for you. I had tried a bunch of cheaper options, and nothing worked. This stuff is a bit of an investment, but I've finally cleared up my psoriasis.
