Icar-C Plus Tablets: My Experience with Side Effects and Effectiveness
I was prescribed Icar-C Plus Tablets for anemia and have been taking them for a few months now. I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels, but I've also experienced some side effects. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if there are any tips for mitigating the side effects. Specifically, I've had issues with constipation and an upset stomach. Are these side effects common? Additionally, I've heard that some people experience black, tarry stools or bloody vomit, but I haven't had that symptoms. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

I experienced some stomach pain initially, but it went away after a few days. Just stick with it and give your body time to adjust.
Green stool is normal with these tablets. It's due to the iron. No need to worry unless you see blood or it stays that way for a long time.
I'm curious if anyone knows why the stool color changes to green when taking these tablets? Is that normal or should I be worried?
You can try taking them with a full glass of water or a smoothie to mask the taste. That helped me a lot.
I've not had any serious side effects but I can't stand the taste. Anyone figured out a way to take them without throwing up?
I've been on these for a couple of weeks and haven't noticed any side effects at all. Just make sure you're taking them as prescribed and monitoring your iron levels regularly.
