I've been prescribed Inderal 80mg Tablets for my migraines and high blood pressure. The doctor mentioned it could ease my tremors too. Has anyone else had success with this medication? I've noticed some side effects like dizziness and vivid dreams. Are these common? What about the more serious side effects mentioned? I'm a bit nervous about them. Can anyone share their experiences? How do you manage the side effects? I'd love to hear some tips to better understand this medication overall.

I switched to a lower dose after experiencing fainting spells. You might want to consider that if the 80mg is too much for you. Also, keep track of your symptoms and discuss them with your doctor regularly.

Be careful with this stuff. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital because of a bad reaction. Listen to your body and don't ignore any weird symptoms.

I take Inderal for my irregular heartbeat. No major side effects here, just occasional sleepiness. It's been a game-changer for my heart health. Definitely talk to your doctor if you're feeling nervous though. Don't risk it, make sure you're being monitored.

I've experienced severe chest pains from time to time. I'm not sure how much of it is due to the meds or something else. I'm worried about the warning signs and possible severe reactions from the medication.

If you have any of the serious symptoms, go to the doctor right away. I had to go to the ER when my heart started racing. I've never been so scared in my life.

I've been on Inderal for years to manage my high blood pressure. The dizziness goes away after a few weeks. The vivid dreams were weird at first, but I got used to them too. I recommend being consistent with your dosage and timing. It takes some time to adjust, just stick with it.

Wasn't a big fan of feeling chilly all the time. It was winter, but my hands were always freezing! However, I don't have the tremors I used to have, so it's a fair tradeoff.

Dude, the dreams are insane. But honestly, I'd rather deal with them than my migraines.

I thought Inderal was a good thing, but it wasn't until I switched to a combination of Lisinopril and Metoprolol. I guess it was just too much for me. May be worth checking out other options if it doesn't work for you.
