I have been taking Integra Capsules for a few weeks now to combat my iron deficiency, and while I've felt more energized, I've been experiencing some stomach issues. Has anyone else had similar experiences? Are the gastrointestinal symptoms like constipation and stomach pain common? I've also noticed my stool color has changed to green. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? I've heard about the serious side effects, such as allergic reactions and bloody stools, and I'm hoping to avoid those at all costs. Anyone have any tips on managing these side effects?

I've had some really bad stomach pain after taking these capsules. I switched to a different brand and it's been much better. Might be worth trying a different supplement if you're having a lot of issues.

I started taking Integra Capsules a month ago, and I've felt a lot better. Just make sure to take them with food and plenty of water. My doctor recommended taking them with a glass of orange juice because the vitamin C helps with absorption.

Seriously, if you experience any severe symptoms, don't wait it out. Get to a doctor ASAP. Better safe than sorry. I had a scare with a different medication and learned my lesson the hard way.

For anyone wondering, the manufacturers give clear instructions on what to do if you experience side effects. If you have concerns, report it!
