I've been taking these for a while and haven't had any major issues. Just some mild stomach discomfort, but it's manageable.
What about long-term use? I'm worried about taking these for too long. I've heard of something called Hemochromatosis, but I'm not sure what it is.

Has anyone else noticed that these tablets can stain your teeth? It's a bit gross, but a quick brush usually fixes it.
Just wanted to mention that Hemochromatosis means your body absorbs too much iron. It's not an issue for most people, but it's something to be aware of if you have a family history or if you're taking iron supplements long-term. Always talk to your doctor.
The constipation is the worst part for me. I've started taking fiber supplements and it's helped a bit, but it's still a struggle. I wish there was a better solution.
