I recently had my first Sotradecol treatment for varicose veins. The procedure was straightforward, but I'm feeling a bit anxious about potential side effects. Has anyone else had this treatment? What was your experience like? Any tips or warnings you wish you'd known beforehand? Looking for some real-life insights to help me prepare.

I had some burning and redness at the injection site but it went away. Don’t rub the area, just keep it clean and dry. You will also have to wear compression socks for a while.

I was really worried about side effects but ended up being fine. Just be vigilant and call your doctor if something feels off.

I had some neurological symptoms after my treatment. Call your doctor right away if you notice any weakness or blurring of vision.

I had a bit of a swelling in my leg after the treatment and it got me a bit scared, but it turned out to be a minor problem. Just be prepared and always consult your doctor.

Hey guys, can anyone vouch for this treatment? I am not sure about this Salicylic Acetic Anhydride (ASA) - is it really safe? Is anyone going to give me some feedback about this medication?

Good luck with your treatment! I had a bit of an upset stomach after mine, but it was worth it in the end. The varicose veins haven’t come back!

I had a bad reaction to it - just be careful. I got some severe tissue damage at the injection site and it took forever to heal.

I had a bad reaction to the injection. It started out with some cold shocks, then I got headaches, and it lasted for three weeks. I never want to do that again.
