I've recently been prescribed Camzyos 2.5mg Capsules for my obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM). I'm hoping to hear from others who have experience with this medication. Be very careful with this medication. Serious side effects are something to be expected. So don't brush them off.
I had a weird rash after starting Camzyos, but it went away once I stopped taking it and talked to my doctor. Turns out a lot of people have allergic reactions.
I've noticed some chest tightness. Is this normal?
This stuff is a miracle. I feel like a new person. Dizziness sucked but it was worth the tradeoff.
Dizziness was rough first month or so, but it was manageable. Highly recommend getting a good support system to help with that.
I've been on Camzyos for about 6 months now. It's been a game-changer for my oHCM symptoms. I did experience some dizziness at first, but it went away after a few weeks. Make sure you take it with food to avoid stomach upset. I also monitor my heart rate regularly as advised by my doctor.
