I was recently prescribed Dilantin 30mg Capsules for seizures, and I'm curious to know if others have had similar experiences. It's been a week, and I'm already noticing some dizziness and a bit of a headache. I know that side effects can vary, but does anyone have any tips on how to manage these? My doctor mentioned that blood tests are necessary, but I'm a bit anxious about what they might find. Anyone else go through this?

I had some pretty bad headaches at first, but they subsided after a couple of weeks. Drink plenty of water and get enough rest. Good luck!

I had some issues with dizziness and nausea at first, but it’s all normal. It’s really important to stay hydrated and avoid activities that might make you dizzy. Also, your doctor can help adjust your dose a bit if the side effects are too intense.

Don’t worry, it’s completely normal to feel anxious about the blood tests. They’re just checking your levels to make sure everything is okay. Hang in there!

I found keeping a journal helped me track my symptoms and side effects. A lot of people get dizzy, but it does pass. Eventually, you'll find the right balance.

I've been on Dilantin for a few months now, and the dizziness does get better over time. Just make sure to take it at the same time every day.
