I just got my prescription for Prenate Mini Capsules. I've heard that it's a good prenatal vitamin, but I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. I've read that it doesn't contain Vitamin A, which is a good thing, but I'm concerned about things like diarrhea and allergies. Has anyone else taken this and had any issues? I'm really hoping that it's not as bad as some reviews make it out to be.

Does anyone know if the green stool is normal? I've been taking these for a week and my stool is definitely green. I'm worried about it.

I wouldn't worry too much, Prenate Mini is usually good. But if you notice anything out of the ordinary like fever, bloody stool, or vomiting blood, go to the hospital right away. I know it's scary, but it's rare. Most people don't have serious issues.

I switched to Prenate Mini because my doctor recommended it over other brands. I think it's important to note that everyone's body responds differently. I had diarrhea at first, but it went away after a few days. Try to take it with food and it should help.

It's basically old blood that looks like coffee grounds when you throw up. Gross, I know but it's not common. Just be careful and follow your doctor's advice. Take notes on how you're feeling. You don't want to miss something important.

Be sure to take it with a meal and don't lie down for at least 30 minutes. I did this and it helped with nausea and stomach pain. Just remember to check in with your doctor if you notice anything that worries you like bloated face, hives, or rashes.
