Klor-Con 10mEq ER Tablets: My Experience and Questions
I've been prescribed Klor-Con 10mEq ER Tablets to manage low potassium levels, and I'm curious to hear from others who have taken this medication. I want to understand how it has worked for you, any side effects you've experienced, and how you've managed them. I've been taking it for a week now and haven't noticed any major changes, but I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects. Has anyone else had any issues with stomach pain, diarrhea, or more serious symptoms? Also, I'm curious about whether the wax matrix that may appear in the stool is something to be concerned about. Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!

The wax matrix in the stool can be scary if you don't know what it is. My doctor assured me it's normal, so don't worry about that. Shouldn't be painfully long pieces. It's still probably worth discussing with a doctor.
I had a slow heartbeat and chest pain. It was incredibly scary. I ended up in the ER. This stuff is serious.
I've been on these for a while and they've been a lifesaver for my potassium levels. Just make sure to take them with food to avoid stomach issues.
I've been taking these for a month now and haven't had any major issues. Just a bit of gas here and there, but nothing too bad. I've not had any shortness of breath which is a good sign.
I had severe diarrhea and took the meds for a week. I am still not in a normal state. I had to stop taking them.
