So, I've been taking Konsyl Powder (Psyllium Hydrophilic Mucilloid) for about three months now as a natural fiber supplement to help with constipation. If you have not heard of Konsyl yet, it's designed to absorb water in your intestines and forms a bulky gel, which helps move waste through your digestive system. I've generally had a positive experience, but I wanted to share some of my thoughts and see what others have to say. Has anyone else tried it? If so, what are your experiences? I'll be happy to discuss if it's worth it or not overall — I'd love some input from other users.

I've had no luck with Konsyl Powder; I'd rather take Metamucil.

I've heard that Konsyl can interfere with certain medications. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had a friend who had an allergic reaction to Konsyl—rash, hives, the works. It's scary stuff, so be careful and listen to your body.

I've been taking Konsyl for years as recommended by my doctor, and it's been great for me. It's helped me maintain regular bowel movements without any major side effects. I do remember it helped with my bloating too. I just mix it with water every morning. Highly recommend!

I had major stomach cramps with Konsyl. I called my doctor and he said that's a normal side effect. It's important to take the suggested dosage and drink plenty of water and watch your diet. But I did not like the side effects so I decided to stop taking Konsyl. Just be careful with it.

I've been taking Konsyl for a few weeks now, and it's been a game-changer for my bowel movements. Just make sure to stay hydrated!
