Hey everyone, I've been prescribed Levocetirizine 5mg Tablets for my seasonal allergies and I must say, it's been a lifesaver. I wake up without that constant itch and dripping nose. My doctor says it works by blocking the histamine that our body produces during an allergic reaction, but I'm curious - has anyone else found this to be true? How do you manage those inevitable side effects, and have you found any tricks to reduce them? If you have, I'd love to know! Also, I've noticed that taking it in the evening seems to help with sleep, but I've heard some people take it in the morning. Any thoughts on that? Let's share our experiences and tips on how to make the most of this medication.

I was on this for a while but had to switch due to dizziness. My doctor said it could be a rare side effect, so I tried another antihistamine. I miss how effective it was, though. I think it's worth trying if you haven't because it really works for most people.

I only took Levocetirizine for a month and didn't notice any major side effects. It has worked well for my allergies, Would anyone recommend another allergy med that will work better or have less side effects?

I’ve been taking Levocetirizine for a while now, and it's been great. I just wish I knew about the side effects before I started. I've had some minor issues, but nothing that made me stop taking it. Just do some research and be prepared.

I had a bad reaction to Levocetirizine - swelling in the face and throat. It was scary, but luckily, I got medical help right away. Just a reminder to everyone, if you experience any severe side effects, seek medical help immediately.

I've been taking Levocetirizine for a few years now, and it's made a huge difference. The only downside is the occasional drowsiness, but I've found that timing it with my dinner helps a lot. No more red eyes or constant sneezing, which is a big win for me. Also, I've found that staying hydrated helps with the dry mouth. Definitely worth it for allergy season, but I'd love to hear from others who have had different experiences
