Onzetra Xsail, a nasal powder designed to treat migraine headaches, offers a promising alternative for those who experience frequent migraines. It works by constricting blood vessels in the brain and impacting certain nerves, which helps alleviate migraine pain and symptoms like nausea, light sensitivity, and sound sensitivity. I tried Onzetra Xsail myself and cannot believe I didn't hear about it from my doctor. If you have a migraine, you need to try Onzetra Xsail. Onzetra Xsail is a life-saver. However, like all medications, it comes with potential side effects that range from mild to life-threatening. This thread is for anyone who has tried Onzetra Xsail, is thinking about trying it, or wants to discuss the side effects and risks. Let's share our experiences and insights to help others make informed decisions. I started getting migraines when I was 18 and no medication has made an impact until now. I've only had a couple of side effects: dizziness and a feeling of warmth, but they go away quickly. Definitely worth it for the relief it provides.

Onzetra Xsail literally changed my life. The pain relief is immediate, and the nausea goes away in minutes. I've tried other migraine medications, but nothing compares to this. It's a game-changer!

I was hesitant to try it because of the side effects, but it’s been a lifesaver. I’ve had migraines since I was a teenager and the feelings of burning and tingling I get are worth it. Definitely recommend giving it a shot.

I had a seizure after using Onzetra Xsail. It was scary and I ended up in the hospital. I won't be using it again. Not worth it.

I had an allergic reaction and I think I'll pass on future use. Here is a general question: I've been told by my doctor to report serotonin syndrome and brain blood vessel issues to the FDA if I experience them in the future. Is this worth it? Has anyone reported these to the FDA yet?

This is the worst medication ever. It caused bleeding in my nose and throat. I'm definitely not taking it again. Never again.

I just started using it and I'm not sure if it's actually helping or not. My headaches are still bad and I don't have much relief. Not sure what to do.

I haven’t tried it yet, but I was wondering is it worth the price? It’s a lot more expensive than other migraine meds I’ve tried but I keep hearing about how good it is.

I've had some serious side effects—burning sensations and tingling. I loved the relief I got from the medication, but I don't know if it's worth the side effects. I'd definitely recommend talking to your doctor about this one, though. I've experienced light sensitivity and the burning seems to be connected to that.
