I've recently been prescribed Northera 300mg capsules for orthostatic hypotension caused by my autonomic neuropathy. I know it helps the body make norepinephrine to raise blood pressure, but I'm curious to hear from others who have tried it. Has anyone here had experience with Northera? How has it worked for you? What side effects have you encountered? Any tips for managing them? I'd love to hear your stories and advice!

I've been on Northera for a few years now, and I can't believe how much it's helped. I used to have to carry salt packets everywhere to help with my low blood pressure. Now, I can finally live my life normally. I hope it works for you too!

I've been on Northera for about six months now, and it's been a game-changer for me. I used to faint a couple of times a day, but now I can go about my activities without constantly worrying about passing out. As for side effects, I did get some dizziness at first, but it subsided after a few weeks. Stay hydrated, that helped me a lot.

Northera has been a lifesaver for me. I have Parkinson's and the orthostatic hypotension was making it really hard to function. I still get some dizziness but nothing like before. If you're thinking about it, I'd say give it a shot – but definitely talk to your doctor about managing side effects. It's worth it to finally feel like you can get up and go without worrying about passing out.

I tried Northera, but it gave me terrible headaches. I stuck it out for a month, but unfortunately, the side effects were too much. I switched to fludrocortisone, and it's been better for me. Definitely worth consulting with your doc about alternatives if Northera doesn't agree with you.
