I've been using Nucala 100mg/ml Auto Inj, 1ml for a few months now, and I've had a mix of experiences. The medication has definitely helped reduce my severe asthma flare-ups, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my breathing. However, I've also experienced some side effects that have been concerning. I've had headaches, back pain, and joint pain, which have been manageable but still annoying. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if there are any tips for managing these side effects. Also, I've heard about the rare but serious side effects, and it's got me a bit worried. How common are these really, and what should I do if I notice anything unusual?

I had a really bad reaction once—swelling in my throat and trouble breathing. I rushed to the ER, and they managed it well. It was terrifying, but I'm glad I acted fast. This medication is a lifesaver, but you need to be vigilant with the side effects.

I think Nucala is overhyped. Just because it works for some people doesn't mean it's the magic cure-all. I've known people who have had no relief at all. It varies.

I agree. The fatigue is the worst. I started taking short walks and doing gentle exercises, and I think it's helped a bit. Definitely worth talking to your doctor about.

I've heard some people experience serious side effects. What do you all do in case of an emergency? Do you just call an ambulance or something?

I've had some relief with a cold compress on the injection site. It really helps with the pain and swelling. I know it's not much, but it's worth a try.
