Vyndaqel 20mg Capsules have been a game-changer for those dealing with transthyretin amyloid polyneuropathy (ATTR-PN). This rare genetic disease causes significant nerve damage, but Vyndaqel helps stabilize the TTR protein, slowing disease progression. I've been on Vyndaqel for a few months, and it's been a rollercoaster. The potential side effects are daunting, but knowing the benefits, it's worth the risk. I'd love to hear from others who have been on Vyndaqel for a longer period. How has it affected you? Any tips for managing side effects? Let's share our experiences and support each other!

I've been on this medication longer than most, and I've seen a significant slowdown in the progression of my neuropathy. Definitely worth the potential side effects but be sure to keep your doctor looped in on everything. Stay strong!

I had a really bad reaction to it, stopped Vyndaqel and started a different treatment.

I find myself waking up a lot from the nausea. I take it before bed and sleep with a fan on high to alleviate the nausea as best I can. It's working, but it's uncomfortable and seems to help calm the symptoms.

I find it fascinating that a medication can actually stabilize a protein. That's some next-level science right there but it's not all smooth sailing. My neuropathy symptoms have improved, but I've had some weird skin reactions. Anyone else?

I've read about some success stories with Vyndaqel, but I'm still hesitant to start it. Has anyone had issues with allergic reactions? I'm really nervous about that part.
