Living with Victoza 18mg/3ml Inj Pen: My Experience and Concerns
I recently started using Victoza 18mg/3ml Inj Pen (Liraglutide) to manage my type 2 diabetes and I’ve been having some ups and downs. On one hand, I’m seeing improvements in my blood sugar levels and even a bit of weight loss, but on the other, I’m experiencing some side effects that are concerning. Has anyone else had similar issues, or has anyone managed to mitigate these side effects? I'm particularly worried about the potential for severe side effects like pancreatitis. Additionally, anyone else notice a decrease in appetite or any tips to deal with nausea and headache? Would love to hear from others who have been using this medication long-term.

I was really worried about the side effects too, but so far, nothing serious. I've had some dizziness, but it's manageable. Just make sure to stay hydrated and listen to your body!
I'm really glad I found this thread. I've been really concerned about the potential pancreatic risks. Has anyone else dealt with this and how did your doctor handle it?
I've had a few issues with constipation and injection site irritation. My doctor suggested using a cold compress after injections and switching up my fiber intake. It helped a lot!
I switched to Victoza from another medication and the difference is night and day. My blood sugar is so much easier to manage, but the injection site irritation is a pain. Anyone got any tips?
Honestly, I'm surprised how well this medication has worked for me. I was a skeptic at first, but my blood sugar levels are much more stable and I've lost a few pounds. Just be patient and give it time.
I see a lot of mentions about headaches. Does anyone know if there are any specific triggers or can it really be anything? Mine come and go randomly.
