I've been on Lovastatin 20mg Tablets for about six months now to manage high cholesterol. I've heard of people experiencing flu-like symptoms. It sucks, but it usually passes. Just stay hydrated and rest as much as you can.
I take mine at night before bed because it helps with the side effects. I noticed a lot less fatigue that way. Something to consider if you're struggling.

I read that alcohol can worsen the side effects of Lovastatin. I've been cutting back and it seems to help a bit.
