I've been prescribed Metaxalone 800mg Tablets for muscle spasms, and it's been a mixed bag. On one hand, the relief from pain is fantastic—it really helps calm my nerves and relax my muscles. But on the other hand, the side effects have been pretty rough. I've had severe dizziness and some pretty intense headaches. I've also read about serious side effects like serotonin syndrome, which is scary stuff. Anyone else had significant side effects? I'm curious to know if others have experienced similar issues or if there are any tips for managing the side effects better. And what about the drug interactions? Has anyone had issues with other medications?

Make sure to avoid alcohol while on this medication. I made that mistake once, and it was a bad combination.

Metaxalone worked wonders for my back pain, but I felt so out of it. It's like being in a permanent daze. Not great for daily life.

Be careful with this stuff. I mixed it with a new antidepressant and ended up in the ER with serotonin syndrome. Scary experience.

I was surprised by how quickly it worked for my muscle spasms. But the side effects are no joke. Make sure to talk to your doctor about all the potential issues before you start taking it.

I had a similar experience. The relief was great, but the dizziness was a nightmare. I had to stop driving for a while.

Serotonin syndrome is no joke. My friend had a similar experience and it was really scary. If you're taking anything for depression or migraines, be extra careful.

Metaxalone was a lifesaver after my car accident. The pain was unbearable, but this stuff really helped. Just had to deal with some mild drowsiness. Definitely worth it in my book.

I've found that taking it with food helps a bit with the stomach issues. Still get the dizziness, but hey, baby steps.

I switched from Metaxalone to another muscle relaxant because the side effects were too much to handle. The relief wasn't worth the constant dizziness and headaches. If you're considering it, maybe talk to your doctor about alternatives.
