I've been using Mucus Relief DM 30-600 ER Tablets for the past week to help with my persistent cough and chest congestion. I had these prescribed to me during a bad cold last winter. It helped relieve the cough in 2 days and I was back at work by day 4. Plus, no side effects for me.
These work well for me, but they do make me feel a bit sleepy. I usually take them before bed so I can sleep through the night without coughing.
I experienced some mild dizziness and drowsiness after taking this medication. Is that normal?
Ever tried combining these with a hot shower? It helps loosen the mucus even more.
