I've been taking Duloxetine DR 20mg Capsules for the past three months to manage fibromyalgia and anxiety. Initially, I was hesitant due to the potential side effects, but my doctor assured me that many people tolerate it well. I've noticed a significant reduction in my anxiety levels, and the pain from fibromyalgia has become more manageable. However, I've experienced some side effects like dizziness and dry mouth. Has anyone else had similar experiences? How did you manage these side effects?

I switched to a lower dose and it helped with the side effects. Maybe that could be an option if the side effects are too much to handle?

How long does it usually take to feel the effects? I started a week ago and I'm feeling a bit impatient.

Be careful with this one! I had a really bad reaction and had to switch to something else. Itching and hives for the win! Doctors are aware of the side effects but it's hard to know how you'll react until you try it.

I've been on Duloxetine for a year now. The first few weeks were rough, but it's definitely helped with my depression and nerve pain. I've found that drinking plenty of water helps with the dry mouth.

I've had a similar experience with the dizziness. It's been manageable, but I can't drive or operate heavy machinery for a while after taking it. It's a trade-off, but worth it for the pain relief.

I wish it worked for me. I tried it for chronic pain and the side effects were just too much. I ended up switching to a different medication.

I've been taking it for a while now and it's helped a lot with my chronic pain. Just be patient and give it time to work.

I started taking it for anxiety and it's been a game-changer. No more panicking or sleepless nights. Just make sure to talk to your doctor about any concerns you have.

Have you tried any supplements or lifestyle changes to complement the medication? Sometimes a holistic approach can help manage side effects better.

I had a bad experience with it, but my doctor said it can vary greatly from person to person. If you have any concerns, communicate with your doctor and you can at least try to find an alternative.
