I wish they'd mention the bloating more prominently on the leaflet. I was caught off guard by that one.
I heard Linzess can cause severe dehydration. Anybody else experience this? Been feeling extremely tired and dizzy, which is scary. I'm worried about this medication now and if I should stop taking it.
FYI, if you end up in the hospital due to severe diarrhea, make sure to tell them you're on Linzess. It might be hard to have them take you seriously. I had to tell the story of my life to my doctor and it was very embarrassing. Don't do this, it's dangerous.
I had to stop taking Linzess because of the diarrhea. It was too much for me to deal with. I feel so sick now and I'm worried I have to take this medication. I don't know what to do. If anyone has any advice, please tell me.
Linzess definitely helped me out a lot with my IBS-C. This medication was definitely worth the shot, and I'm glad I took it. I had some diarrhea and stomach pain at first, but it settled down after a few weeks. I'm just grateful to finally find something that works. I will never stop taking this medication
Has anyone else experienced severe bloating? I can't take this medication if it's going to make me look pregnant. I hope this medication stops making me feel like this. I feel like I'm on a rollercoaster because of this medication
I've been on Linzess for a while now, and it's been a lifesaver. The severe bloating was the worst part for me, but I had to learn to manage it. Also, if you get gas, try taking activated charcoal pills, and they'll help a lot. Just be patient and keep an eye on your symptoms, and don't forget to drink plenty of water!
