I've been struggling with occasional constipation for a while now, and after hearing good things about Polyethylene Glycol 3350, I decided to give it a try. This laxative is supposed to work by drawing water into your stool, making it softer and easier to pass. It does not cause immediate bowel movements but typically works within 1 to 3 days. I found it helpful in the sense that it took some pressure off my stomach but it took around three days to really feel effective. This is my first time experiencing constipation. Has anyone else found success with Polyeth Glycol 3350 Nf Pow Pack? There are possible side effects to keep in mind, and I'm curious to know if anyone has experienced any of the following: loose, watery, or more frequent stools, stomach pain or cramps, gas, bloating, or upset stomach. If you have any insights or alternative remedies, I'd love to hear them!

I tried Polyethylene Glycol 3350 for the first time last week and experienced severe stomach cramps for 3 days. It was painful and lasted a while. I’m trying something else now, but I don’t know what’s worse; days of pain or occasional constipation.

It really helps me when I'm feeling backed up. I take it before bed and it's usually effective by the morning.

You should try increasing your fiber intake and drinking more water. It might help with your constipation.

I've been taking it for a while now and haven't had any issues. It works well for me, and I don't experience any side effects.
