I've been prescribed Orapred 15mg/5ml Solution (Prednisolone) for my severe asthma, and while it's been a game-changer in managing my symptoms, I can't help but feel a bit overwhelmed by the potential side effects. I've read through the list, and it's a bit alarming. Has anyone else experienced any of these serious side effects?

I've been on it for about a month now, and so far, I've only had some mild side effects like increased appetite and weight gain. I've heard that some people experience more severe issues, and I'm a bit nervous about that.

I'm curious to know if anyone has any tips for managing the side effects or if there are any alternative medications that have been effective for others. Also, how do you cope with the emotional toll of dealing with a long-term condition like asthma?

Ultimately, I want to hear about your experiences with Orapred and any advice you might have. I'm sure we can all benefit from sharing our stories and support each other.

I'm so glad to hear that Orapred is working for you, but be careful with the side effects. My friend had a severe allergic reaction to it, so always keep an eye out for any unusual symptoms.

I've been on Orapred for a while now, and while it's helped my allergies, the weight gain has been a real struggle. I've had to adjust my diet and exercise routine. But seriously, stick to the doctor's guidance and monitor very closely

I've had some crazy side effects from Orapred. I don't recommend anyone take it without being prepared for the worst. I had a panic attack when I first started because I got so dizzy.

I've never heard of Orapred, but I've used other corticosteroids. They can be tough, but they really help when you need them. Just stay in touch with your doctor and keep track of how you're feeling.

This thread is giving me the chills. I've had a couple of bad reactions to steroids in the past, so I'm always cautious. But Orapred has been a lifesaver for my arthritis. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I swore off steroids years ago, but I had no choice but to try Orapred for my rheumatoid arthritis. I've had some bad experiences, but it's the only thing that works for me.

I've been on it for years and I've never had anything more than an upset stomach. I just think it's such a blessing for my asthma. I'm a little worried about the long-term side effects though.

I can't believe how often to take it. 5 to 7 pills daily is a lot, isn't it?
