I've been taking Oyster Shell Ca 500mg W/Vit D Tabs for a few months now, and I've noticed some improvements in my energy levels. However, I've also experienced some mild side effects like constipation. I've read about the potential for more severe side effects, and it's got me a bit worried. Has anyone else had similar experiences or concerns? I'd love to hear from anyone who has more information on this supplement, especially regarding the long-term effects and management of side effects.

I just started taking these and haven't noticed any side effects yet. I hope it stays that way!

I take these because my doctor recommended them for my calcium deficiency. So far, so good!

These things are a godsend for my bone health, but I wish they came in a smaller pill form. Anyone else struggle with swallowing them?

I had a bad reaction to these and switched to a liquid calcium supplement. It's been much better for me.

I've been taking these for years and haven't had any issues. Maybe try increasing your water intake to help with the constipation?

Definitely talk to your doctor if you're worried. It's always better to be safe.

I've heard these are great for bone health, especially for those at risk of osteoporosis. Just makes sure you're taking the right dosage.

I thought these were supposed to help with my vitamin D levels, but I'm not sure if they're working. Anyone have tips on how to tell?
