Paroxetine ER 25mg Tablets: My Experience with Side Effects and How I Coped
I've been taking Paroxetine ER 25mg for about 6 months now to manage my anxiety and depression. Initially, I felt like it helped with my mood and energy levels, but I've also experienced some side effects that have been challenging. I've had dizziness, drowsiness, and some weight loss. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences and how you've coped with them. I've tried adjusting my diet and sleep routine, but I'm still struggling. Also, does anyone know if these side effects will eventually go away, or should I consider talking to my doctor about adjusting my dosage? I'm also curious about the less common side effects like serotonin syndrome. Has anyone experienced that, and what was it like? How did you manage it?

I think it’s crazy how different people react to the same medication. I had a friend who had no side effects at all, and my cousin had to stop taking it because of the sexual side effects. It's crazy how unpredictable it can be.
Paroxetine ER worked like magic for my OCD, but the sexual side effects were awful. I tried to stick it out, but it was just too much for me. I ultimately switched to another SSRI and it's been better. But I was on it for a while and seriously consider medication if you are struggling.
I'm only 3 weeks into taking Paroxetine ER and I've experienced some of the more unusual side effects like bone pain and a burning sensation. I didn't even know that was a thing. Is anyone else experiencing this?
I've heard that it can take a few weeks for your body to adjust to the medication. Maybe it'll get better. But if you're really struggling, you should definitely talk to your doctor. They might be able to adjust your dose or switch you to a different medication. I know it's hard, but don't suffer in silence.
I've been on Paroxetine ER for a year and honestly, the side effects were tough at first. Dry mouth was the worst. I've started chewing gum and it helps a bit. Honestly, I just feel really numb and tired sometimes. Also, It's okay if you're not sleeping great, I had the same issue, but it should get better,
I took Paroxetine for years and never had any serious side effects. Just the usual dizziness and fatigue, but it was worth it for the anxiety relief. It can take some time to adjust, but it can be worth it.
I had a bad reaction to Paroxetine. It was serotonin syndrome and I was so scared and didn't know what was happening. I had to go to the ER and I'm glad I did. If you start feeling weird and overactive, get checked out.
I took Paroxetine for a while and it helped with my anxiety but I experienced some of the more serious effects like extreme dizziness. I thought it was just because I was taking the wrong dosage. I ended up stopping it completely though because of it.
I have to be honest, Paroxetine ER changed my life, but I mean it was tough. I had the same issues with dizziness. If you're struggling, just hang in there. It can get better.
Honestly, Paroxetine was a lifesaver for me, but I had to deal with some nasty side effects. The drowsiness was the worst, so I switched to taking it in the evenings instead of morning. It helped a bit, but I still feel tired. The weight loss is also annoying. Is that normal for everyone?
